Lulu is Bridging into Tween-town

June 2014 was a busy month for Lulu....and not likely one she'll want to repeat.

She got the first step towards braces - a fixed retainer was placed in her mouth - the cranky kind.  It feld a little medievil cranking my kids head everynight - but she seemed ok with it...minus that one time I poked her with the key - AUGH - she'll never believe this but it was just as traumatic for me!

Here she is getting a cheeky spacer replaced.

And Jamba Juice catered dinner....

 soft foods and few extra hugs (oh and Tylenol) and we made it through the night

A few days of applesauce, yogurt, pudding and ice cream and she was on the mend.

(of course there was that epic and first time ever night where she said "Mom, you're ruining my life." ....and so the end begins. Sorry Lulu - but you'll have a beautiful smile as you spit teenage angst my way)

....and also...we had a visit to the ENT....one tube is still hanging on.  Hang in there Lulu....all of these things shall pass!
