Field trip to the Farm

Last year Lulu got to visit a local farm for a very thorough tour.  

They started w/ tasting pluots, then they learned how to plant seeds in a newspaper cup, they harvested some squash, took a tractor tour of the property, and then learned how food is cooled with a water bath, then placed under a large fan to dry, and stored in the chill tank for a bit.  And everyone got a basket o berries to take home.  

..and field trips would be great if you only had to watch your kid...and not other people's kids...and also not watch other parents watch other peoples kids....and so on and so forth.....

so one per year...and this was my one.
