Staycation!

For Little Brother's birthday we had a staycation with some fabulous friends!  We spent the weekend in San Jose - check out the kiddos on the hotel grounds - so gorgeous!

We discovered a stay and play lego place - and the mommies went to town - building a gynormous house that could fit all the kiddos - it was quite a feat of teamwork!

 I was also proud to see the girls spending some time with the electronics - here they put together tracks to power a set of race cars and spent the rest of afternoon there together.

And there were fun times to be had in the hotel room - thanks much to our friends for the awesome birthday marble race track that we are still enjoying today!!

This place is absolutely unreal - every room has a theme....hourly this stuffed dog shows up and the kids can sing and dance with him on the stage while bubbles fall from the sky...

 There's a blacklight room where the kids color on coloring pages with highlighters

There's a full arcade with games where you can win tickets, theres a jungle room, a court room with basketball and a zip line.  Oh - and the food is amazing.

What a fabulous birthday.  In fact it must have been enough for both of them because Lulu chose not to do anything this year for her birthday?!  She just couldn't decide and really didn't seem interested in much of a celebration this year.
