First Fairy Visit

This past Thursday we were lucky enough to receive our very first visit from the Tooth Fairy. We were quite worried that she might not know how to get here....or even if she did, how she could get in...Luckily Great Aunt Datha spent a good deal of time patiently explaining to LuLu how the Tooth Fairy is always able to get in. There were many questions, and Aunt Datha was never short on answers (bless you Auntie!!)

LuLu was so excited she kept 'falling asleep' at dinner - having to lay down and practice sleeping to make sure she'd be ready for the big night.

Anyways, it must have been a slow night, or maybe the Tooth Fairy forgot to make change....but LuLu was gifted $5 for her first tooth. No worries though, since it was a single bill - she was sure it was only one dollar - and when I tried to explain "it was like five one dollar bills all rolled into one" she asked "how we could get them out" !!! As of tonight it's still on the fridge and Lulu seems to have forgotten about it...I don't mind so much that she doesn't yet get money...it seems to be working for me.

Hmmm, which has gotten me thinking....would it be too much to swap it out so mommy can have some lunch money?? :)
