NorCal Beachin' It

Having lived in Oahu and Southern California - well, frankly I just don't get it. To be at the beach and be this cold seems odd. Not that I'm against being fully dressed at the beach...I just would like to request a little sun. Ah well, but I suppose you take what you can get - and besides - like the kids know the difference right?
